The Hydrow App Membership
If you own a rowing machine or have a specific interest in the
Hydrow strength, mobility, yoga, and Pilates workouts, the Hydrow App Membership is tailored for you. As an App member, you gain full access to their extensive on-demand Workouts library, featuring On the Mat yoga, pilates, and strength training, accessible on your Android or iOS device. Membership offers an entry into the growing and supportive Hydrow community without requiring a physical Hydrow machine, though availability is limited. Please note that it excludes access to live rows and progress tracking features (e.g., milestones).
What If I Don't Purchase a Hydrow Membership with My Hydrow Rower?
Hydrow rowers are designed to be purchased and utilized with a Hydrow Membership. However, if you opt to acquire a Hydrow without committing to a membership, you can still engage in the "Just Row" mode. Please note that without a membership, there are no pre-recorded, preloaded, or complimentary workout videos accessible. In the event that you decide a membership isn't suitable for you, the Hydrow machine can still be used similarly to other rowing machines. Feel free to subscribe at any time by using the "Activate" button on the Home screen.
