    We provide express curbside delivery for all orders, ensuring a swift shipping process. Additionally, nationwide shipping is complimentary for orders surpassing $200 USD. Returns

    We accept returns on the majority of our products within 30 days of your order. No returns are permitted on Nautilus, TRUE, and Hoist strength products once the order has been delivered and customer signs off on shipment. No returns are permitted on Hampton Fitness products - exceptions are made for defectives only and any merchandise that is claimed to be defective will be subject to inspection and approval of the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer on returns.

    If your order is delayed or canceled after the order goes into production, there is a 25% charge (of your cost of the order) for storage or restocking.

In team sports, where short, explosive efforts are vital, the VersaPulley addresses breaking ability during deceleration for injury prevention and reactive strength for enhanced performance.

Designed for eccentric overload, it exposes athletes to non-impact, concentrically driven, and eccentrically overloaded environments using patented MV2 technology—a resistance-generating rotating inertial flywheel.

Differentiating itself from traditional methods, the VersaPulley offers eccentric overload in horizontal/lateral actions, complementing constant loads in vertical exercises. Studies show its rotational inertial resistance compares to free weights at 45% and 65% of 1 Rep Max in the Front Squat, making it a high-power training device for rotational training in the horizontal plane.

The Smart Coach Sensor is a connector that seamlessly integrates the VersaPulley with Smart Coach products. When upgrading to the VersaPulley with IPU display, the Smart Coach Sensor is included.

The Smart Coach Sensor is a component of the SmartCoach™ software equipment. It comprises a power meter and a data acquisition and analysis software specifically designed for flywheel and VersaPulley™ devices. During VersaPulley exercises, the Smart Coach Sensor provides power data and analytics from the training device, feeding it into Smart Coach software/devices for comprehensive monitoring and analysis.

The standard VersaPulley lacks an IPU power output display but includes a plug-in port for connection to a SmartCoach device. This sensor/port is necessary for utilizing SmartCoach training data.

The SmartCoach device, a professional measurement tool and software (sold separately), offers:

  • • Real-time measurement and monitoring of speed and power during exercise.
  • • Immediate feedback for guiding target power or speed.
  • • Planning of training schedules for individuals or teams.
  • • Performance assessments.

VERSACLIMBER / VERSAPULLEY LIMITED WARRANTY

• Heart Rate, Inc. (H.R.I.) warrants to the original purchaser that our VersaClimbers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance subject to the terms and conditions Hereafter set forth. Except for the above warranty, it is expressly agreed that NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or of a particular use nor any warranty of any kind whatsoever express, implied or statutory is made by Heart Rate Inc. (HRI)
• This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, tampering, negligence, accidents, abnormal conditions, lack of adequate maintenance or unauthorized service or alterations to the product.
• Liability of H.R.I. is limited to either repair or replacement of the defective part or the replacement of the machine at the option of H.R.I. on an exchange basis, with the customer bearing all costs of shipping and handling to and from the factory.
